Subscriptions & Payments
- •Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate ($19/month) through Stripe.
- •Credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once used.
- •You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
- •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
- •Free tier users receive 10 idea views per month, which reset on the first day of each calendar month.
Intellectual Property
- •All app ideas, business plans, and content on BuildasHub are AI-generated and provided for informational and inspirational purposes.
- •You may use the ideas and business plans as a starting point for your own projects. We do not claim ownership over businesses you build using our ideas.
- •The BuildasHub platform, including its design, logo, and proprietary features, is protected by intellectual property laws.
- •You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform itself without our permission.
Prohibited Use
- •Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of content from the platform.
- •Sharing your account credentials or allowing unauthorized access.
- •Attempting to circumvent subscription restrictions or content gating.
- •Using the platform to engage in any unlawful activity.
- •Interfering with or disrupting the platform's infrastructure or other users' experience.

- •App ideas and business plans are AI-generated and provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
- •We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or viability of any business idea or plan presented on the platform.
- •Success of any business venture depends on many factors beyond the information provided on BuildasHub.
- •We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on content from our platform.
- •AI-powered features (AI Assistant, Action Playbook) provide suggestions and should not be taken as professional advice.
Refund Policy
- •Premium subscriptions: If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first subscription payment for a full refund.
- •Credit packs: Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable.
